Thanks for answering. This even gets more confusing. The E C. or Carm E. Passmore married to Rosa and DOB of 1894 is not
the one I'm searching for. This Carm E. Passmore died in 1972 or 1973 in Pleasant Plains, AR.

The Carm E. Passmore married to Ida Boyd (maiden name of Russell) MAY be the one I'm searching for. I thought he was
the Elias C. mentioned as the son of James Passmore too, but
Elias C. is buried in Snowball Cemetery in AR.

There are only 3 E.C. or Carm E. Passmore's listed in the
1930 Fed. Census. The one from Pleasant Plains, AR, the
one married to Ida and Elias C.

E. C. Passmore, of Riscoe, Mo. (New Madrid County) married
Mabel Louise Neace in 1936 in AR.

I'm sending for a copy of one E.C. and Mabel's sons' birth
certificates from Jefferson City, Mo in hopes it will state
his Father's full name and place of birth.

The grand-daughter of E. C. Passmore who married Mabel Louise Neace says she thinks her grandfather was born on
an indian reservation in Oklahoma in 1884. We are sure
of the date of birth, but not the place of birth.

E. C. Passmore's Mother (unknown name) was full-blooded
Indian and met his Father and married.

Nothing seems to be easy for me when it comes to my ancestry. Always a mystery. Ha.

Phyllis
