I see in the 1930 Locust Grove Township, Stone County, AR census, an E. Carm Passmore, born c. 1894 AR married to B. Rosa [Stewart?], born c. 1895 AR, with 8 children and a mother-in-law named E. Martha Stewart. Note: This Carm is probably the son of James A. Passmore, born Jan 1852 in AR and Lucy A. [--?--], born May 1850 in AR; as he seems to appear in this household in the 1900 Campbell Township, Searcy County, AR census.

I see in the 1920 Wiley's Cove Township, Searcy County, AR census, a Carm E. Passmore, born c. 1885 in AR married to Ida [--?--], born c. 1880 in AL, with 2 daughters and a stepson. Note: This is probably the same person listed as Elias C. Passmore in the James R? Passmore's household in 1900. James R? was born Sep 1866 in AR and his wife Mary A. [--?--] was born July 1870 in AR, according to the 1900 Locust Grove, Stone, AR census which also lists a brother William to James.

Further, the townships of these two families are exchanged in the successive censuses, which could mean Iíve confused the 2 Carms or they might be related. Hope this is helpful.
