Eastern State Hospital Cemetery

I am looking for information on the cemetery that the Hospital used for it's patients. My ggGrandfather died while a patient there. We believe it was sometime between 1930 and 1935. Because his children were young at the time, and possibly because of the stigma of being a patient at the hospital, we do not know his date of death or burial location. Just discovered that there is a cememtery and I am wondering if the graves are marked, or there is an index somewhere that I can review to see if he is listed as being buried in the cemetery. His son, is still living, (just turned 90 a couple of weeks ago) and we would like to find where he is buried for him.
