With a quick search, I found John Tate Freeman and his family on both the 1900 and 1910 census records. All of the children were still living at home in 1910 so most of information you need (marriages, deaths) were probably after statehood in 1907. However, there are a lot of sources available for Craig County area prior to statehood. You might want to check out http://rootsweb.com/~okcraig/books/. Let me know if I can help you further.
