Thank you very much!

You are correct about the location. My father always said he was born at the fork of East and West Cache on Deep Red.
That was in 1912, and his younger brother said he was born in Temple. His older sister Still remembers (at Age 95)the gentleman who owned a store close by, and she says he gave cookies to all the kids, and that is how Cookietown got it's name. My Grand father Dow Rutledge stayed there from 1911 until early 1920. He is not on the census there, but in Pontotoc County. Shortly after the death of Eliza in 1934, all the Moyer family moved to California.
