I'm searching for any and all connections to my Great Great Grandparents Marion Calloway Smith and his wife Sallie Mahala ALEXANDER . They were married in Clark, County Arkansas in 1871, an older brother Willis Smith also married Catherine Alexander there too.
Marion and Sallie went to Texas and had several children and then share cropped a few miles from the Red River near what is now Duncan, Oklahoma Stephens county.
Sallie's mother Sarah Elizabeth Cobb Hinds Alexander came to Oklahoma later , and lived out her life near her children. I have her Death Certificate as well as Marions and Sallie Mahala's . They are all buried in the ''OLD'' Duncan City Cemetery , and they have Grave stones , I have their death certificates too.
What became of Marions parents they were JamesM. Smith and Mary Frances Tate Smith . Did they die in Arkasas too, when and where is what I'd like to find out. They were on several Federal Census and none after 1880, what happened did they leave Arkansas or die there?
I want to find anyone connected to my Smiths and Alexanders so please take the time to reply I know you're out there. Thank you all, LaVon Allen
