I find James Woosley in the following census records:

1880 census (Rains County, Tx) Household of Henry Malone and his mother, Aurelia (aka Relia) Woosley Malone.

1900 census (Rains County, Tx) Per 1900 census, James Woosley was born February 1870 and Ida (aka "Ider") was born Sep 1874.

1910 census (Wilson, Choctaw County, OK)

1920 census (Wilson, Choctaw County, OK) In 1920 census, note that James Woosley is indexed as James Woorley.

They were married Abt. 18 May 1895 Prob. in Rains County, TX where it was recorded that Harry Woosley "gave permission to marry".
