You didn't indicate when they died. They're not listed as being buried at Doaksville though. In reading the Pioneer Papers, Doaksville has changed locations. At first it was located down on the Red River and there was an abandoned and forgotten burial ground there. As far as I know there is no record of any of the burials at that location. The primary location is where it's located now, just NW of Ft Towson, due east of the Ft Towson Cemetery. That cemetery has been recorded and is known as Doaksville/Ft Towson. BTW, I've seen Doaksville spelled with and without the "e", Doakesville.
Goodwater in McCurtain county (not to be confused with Goodwater in Choctaw county) might be another possibility.
You mentioned Ft Coffee, that was located near Ft Smith in what is now LeFlore county. You might try the LeFlore county genweb site.
