Joe was what we call today a traveling salesman and we assume Alma, OK was a place he normally went and so he knew where he was headed when he departed his family. Joe was a good man and his sons loved him; just very unhappy with his stern, crabby wife. As far as we know, he had no relatives in that area, so I would assume he is not related to those in the cemetery. I think Eunice had children, so he could possibly have adopted them and given them the Wright name???? Just don't know.
