The Blairs listed above are Steve T. and Belle Tipton Blair, Father and Mother to Leon , also known as "Uncle Jake" Blair who was married to Bertha. Bertha was school teacher at Fox School. Steve and Belle Blair came to Indian Territory from Sbowball, Searcy county Arkansas in 1905. They first lived near the town of Alma, then moved near the Camp School grounds and all their children went to school there. It was a one room school divided by a curtain. The other children of the Blairs were Verdie(Hill) who lived in Dallas, Price Blair who lived in Archer City, Tx, Leon (Jake) lived at Ratliff City, Ok., Electra (Spencer lived at Wilson, Richard Blair lived at Columbus, Tx. Nick Blair lived at Moore, Ok., Izetta ( Trichel) lived at Wilson, then Houston. Gertrude (Carson) who lived in the Alma area. Gertrude was married to Bryant Carson whose father owned a general store and post office in Alma..
