That would be Consul, in southwest Saskatchewan.

There is mention of a Larry Sawden in Eastend, Sk (which is not too far from Consul) who was manager of the Pioneer Grain Co. in 1974, in "Range riders and sodbusters" by the Eastend Historical Society:
