Thomas W. SPENCE, Civil Conservation Corps, 1941
Posted by: Sydney Phillips (ID *****7282) Date: July 16, 2005 at 23:59:56

I am looking for family member or descendant of Thomas W. Spence. I have a pictoral review book with his name in it, dated 6-2-1941 saying he was from Mustang, OK. He was in
Co. 1853
Camp SCS-8-0
Comm. Officer: John M. Powers
On the cover it says Geary, Oklahoma

My mother just recently passed away, and I found this pictoral review amongst her things as I was going through them. It happens my father was in the CCC's at the same camp. I have the very same book with his name in it. It is a big mystery to me, but would like to find Thomas W. Spence or a family member to give it to.
