Birth Certificates after 1907 were supposed to be at the OK State Dept of Vital Statistics. It would be best if you start there. Find their web site and the forms and current price are there. Delayed birth certificates were at the county level, I believe the county clerk. At one time the funeral homes had a person who was the Death Registrar and Birth Registrar, but those records were supposed to be destroyed. Many were written on a small piece of paper by a doctor, midwife, etc. What a loss!
