The information that I have on Corinne (3/4 Choctaw) is she was enrolled into the Choctaw Nation in Blue County according to the Choctaw Census Card for William, Edna, and Liddy Puckett. She married Alex (or Alexander) Puckett about 1875. She had two children with him Beaula and William Puckett. We do not know what happen to Alex, but she does appear on the 1885 Indian Census in Blue County, Choctaw Nation, It as Corinne O'Dea married to Michael O'Dea, and William Puckett, Beaula Puckett, Thomas J. O'Dea, Katie E O'Dea, Cora E O'Dea, Mary E O'Dea, and Anna T O'Dea also appear in the 1885 Census. She appears on Census Card no. 3884 and 3885. We are also speculating on when her death occur based a pond the info I received from the Choctaw Nation as being prior to 1902, because the Census Card 3884 show her being dead. William appears on the 1900 Census in Durant but is listed as James W. Puckett (we have documentation that states his first name is not William, and the document shows that the people who he was boarding with he knew for quite sometime). William and Liddy were married in September 1901, but did not file for license until a year later. They had five Children Annie, Edna, Pearl, Willie, Mabel. We do not know what happen exactly to William or When, but after his death the girls were sent to a boarding school. Liddy remarried and had two more children Bessie and Maxie, and she died abt 1919 or 1918 not sure about the date going by what family said. The family lived in the Blue/Bokchito area of Bryan County. From what my Dad said they live south of Puckett Creek. Pearl and Willie are on two census reports one was taken while at boarding school, and the other was taken when the lived with their sister Mabel and her husband Enoch Short Hilburn is Spears, Bryan County.
