There is a website for court records in Oklahoma,
http://www1.odcr.com/search.php unfortunately, Beaver County doesn't have much but the latest records posted on this site. Your family also seems to have been in Ellis and Garfield Counties. I think that Garfield has most of their records's online, but I suspect Ellis County is in the same boat with Beaver County.

If you have not already done so, you should contact the Court Clerk of Beaver to see if the record is there, and request a copy. In most counties at the time your grandparents married, it was customary to ask for the applicants place of birth and father's name on the application. That would help you find more about the House famiy.

Beaver and Ellis Counties border Texas, and you may have to expand your search to counties in that state. Beaver County also borders Kansas. County seats in Texas or in Kansas were often closer and travel to them was easier.
