South Flats is not the same place. It is almost straight west of Surprise. Actually there are two South Flats. One a school and one a church, about a mile apart. I saw a map of the orig. settlement from way back when. It had all the little communities on it.

Come to think of it, I think I have relatives buried at Mt View also. My uncle J.W. Custer is buried there I believe. There may be more. Another question for Mother.
She said she knew (or maybe knew of) some Tiffins. I have since given her your messages so she might have some more info later in the week. Will let you know.
