The "Cherokee Adairs" book contains the European background of the Adair family, the genealogy and history of the brothers John and Edward Adair, b. circa 1750 and their Cherokee wives and their descendants, including spouses from other families in most cases down to the present. It also has information about another family of Cherokee Adairs who may or may not be related. The book has about 1,000 pages, over 200 picture pages, and copies of letters and documents. It is still being sold at the Stilwell, OK Depot Museum and at the Cherokee Nation gift shop in Tahlequah, OK., and may be ordered by mail.
