I am an Austinite. Although I have lived in San Bernardino, CA for the past 22 years. All of my family lives in Austin except for two of my children who live north of Austin in Belton and in Waco TX.
As I mentioned in the previous posting our branch of the OJEDA family comes from one of four brothers and two sisters who migrated to central Texas approximately in the 1880's from San Luis Potosi, Mexico. My great-grandfather was Antonio Ojeda who was married to Maria Rodriguez and they had 3 or 4 children of which my grandfather was Lazaro Ojeda who was married to Bernarda Garza Garza also of Austin Texas. They had four sons, one of which is my father, Charles Ojeda Sr. He was married to my mother Julia Tejerina also from nearby Austin. They had seven children, of which I am the eldest Charles Ojeda Jr.
