http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~aherns/ahmil.htm#pensions lists an O'Hearn, William J., Co. C, 15th Minn. Inf. who filed for an invalid pension 1 November 1927. Application #1,596,233 Certificate #A-11-23-29 [C2,294,829] filed from Canada. The index does not reference which war he fought in, but the listing does include Spanish-American War vets. You can order a copy of the actual pension file from the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington, D.C.
