My father was Joseph John O'Hearn who lived in the Toledo area all his life ( 10/9/1907 to 6/24/1980). He had two sisters, Madeline and Frances. Frances lived in Toledo and Madeline lived in Detroit. Madeline was married twice. Don was killed in an auto accident in Toledo a long time ago. She then married Pete Poole from Windsor Canada and they had one daughter, Carmen.

Joesph married Eunice Leona Herringshaw from Weston ,Ohio
and they had two sons, James Carroll and Edward John.

My dad, Joseph said that his father was from Cork area of Ireland and that his name was originally spelled: A'Hearn
or Ahearn but the immigration officials at Ellis Island changed it to O'Hearn. I think Joseph's mother died while giving birth to Frances who was the youngest of the three children.
