Gladys
Do you know if your Kenan was ever spelled Keenan? My ggg grandmother Margaret Keenan was suppose to have been born on or very near the Tymochee River in Wyandot county, Ohio about 1837. She married a John Johnson and was mostly residing in Indiana. In the 1860 Federal Census Hyattsville, Miami County Ohio she s living with her husband, John Johnson their son Albert, and John's nephew Martin Johnson.
The head of household is Phillip Hartley, his wife Catherine (McCrae) Hartley and their son Sydney.
Any help even tidbits is helpful.
Toni
