Thomas Tracy House - Where is it?

My maternal 2nd great grandfather was Toledo attorney Thomas Henry Tracy. He had a huge house in Perrysburg on River Rd.
I'm trying to figure out where was or is located and hopefully find some more pictures of it.

Here is a newspaper article from 1923 that has a picture and a little write-up about the house.
The article said the red brick house was designed by a local architect, George Rheinfrank

I have also included a link to my Tracy related document folder which includes his death certificate, and his obituary.
Hi obituary mentions his estate being on River Road in Perrysburg overlooking the river at one of it's most beautiful points.

My grandmother, wrote about her grandfather and the house. Here is her original typewritten pages.

I know after Thomas H. Tracy died, and the financial disaster of 1920's depression, his widow Laura (Pratt) Tracy later moved into another house.
across from the old one. I have no idea where it is either.

Please let me know if you if you have any ideas on the whereabouts of this house.

Thank you,

Larry Leach
