My great Aunt, Mary Hackenberger, married a John S. Grove in 1890. Mary lived in Hancock Country, Findlay, Ohio at the time of her marriage to John. They had five children as follows: Dorothy M. Benton Ridge, Ohio; Harry Grove; Mrs. Kingsley Brewster ( given name unknown); Ralph C. Grove; L. Eugene Grove,1229 Washington Avenue, Findlay(?) and a grandaughter named Dorothy E. Brewster, who owned a elegant lingerie shop in Findlay. After Mary's death at which time she resided at 225 Lima Street, Findlay(?) Joh married Mary's sister, Stella Hackenberger. I hope this is of help to you. If any of it fits in with what you have please let me know as I am searching for more information. I am told that John's last name was changed to Grove from Grovlette at some point. Jeaniehut@aol.com
