Dr. John H. RHEINFRANK d 16 Aug 1920 and his wife, Sophia Bruckner RHEINFRANK d o/a 16 Jan 1933.

Their son, George B. d 21 Aug 1960 in Oregon, Lucas, OH. George's son, George B. Jr. d 23 Nov 2000; see obit below.

George B. Rheinfrank Jr., 84, a lifelong Perrysburg resident died Thursday, November 23, 2000, at Foundation Park Care Center. He was born in Toledo on March 31, 1916, to George B. Rheinfrank Sr. and Ida (Taylor) Rheinfrank.
George was a lifelong member of First Presbyterian Church, Perrysburg. He was a 1935 graduate of Phillip Andover Academy, and a 1939 graduate of Lehigh University as an Industrial Engineer. He was one of the founders and Vice-President of Glaskyd Co., Perrysburg, which was later sold to American Cyanamid Co. of Wayne, NJ and was the Market Development Manager until he retired in 1976. He was a member of Perrysburg Post #28, American Legion, Belmont Country Club and Carranor Hunt and Polo Club, and was a former president of Neebish Island Pioneer Association. George served as a Lt. Colonel in the Army Air Corp during WWII and received the Legion of Merit for Development of Plastic Components for Aircraft Structures.
Surviving are cousins, Jenny Rheinfrank Barthold, Lamson Rheinfrank, William Foley, Charles Lampman, Ann Lampman Abbrecht, William A. Gosline III and Nancy Saunders.
Friends will be received at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, Perrysburg from 3-7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2000. Burial will be private at Fort Meigs Cemetery. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, December 9, 2000, at 4 p.m. in First Presbyterian Church, 200 E. Second Street, Perrysburg with Pastor Steven Hill, officiating. The family suggests memorials to either First Presbyterian Church, Perrysburg or United Way.
