Actually, it is *extremely* likely that it is her. Their daughter, my great-great grandmother Lillian Love Hall, was born in Toledo on 19 November 1853. So although Charles and Mary were married in Wood County, they moved to Lucas County and Lillian spent most of her growing-up years there.

I shall definitely pursue this further. Thanks for looking that up for me!
