Shelby,

Regarding your husband's grandparents, Isaac and Clara Carter. The family members that I was looking for are buried in Oak Grove Cemetary. Through a million different phone calls, I found out that the records for that cemetary are kept in the Bowling Green city offices. The finance office as I recall. Anyway, I called and the women that answered the phone found the lot card for my gggrandfather and read the information to me over the phone. I found out when he purchased the plot, his birthdate, and exactly where it was in the cemetary. In August we traveled to Ohio and found it. We found several other family members including my ggggrandparents that we didn't know were buried there. The number is 419-354-6208. Hope this helps.
