There are Benders related to us Laubers who came in l834 to Fulton Co. (next to Wms.Co. and yes that's the way you spell Edon)and were Amish/Mennonite. I think there were Benders over at Whitehouse, S.W. of Toledo as well as outside Archbold where Lauber Hill is found on US20A.
It's right across from a little Mennonite church. They all came from Northern Switzerland. Don't know if that's the back-ground of any of your Benders, but thought I'd tell you about it.
