I don't know the family, but can help you a little bit.
The following is from the 1880 United States Census and National Index -- 50-some CDs containing transcripts (searchable) for the complete 1880 Census. It's available for about $50 from LDS:

Census Place: Jefferson, Williams, Ohio

Wyatt CHAMBERLAIN Self M M W 31 PA Occ: Farmer Fa: PA Mo: PA
Doratha CHAMBERLAIN Wife F M W 31 PA Occ: Keeping House Fa: BAVARIA Mo: BAV
Charles F. CHAMBERLAIN Son M S W 6 PA Fa: PA Mo: PA
Alice E. CHAMBERLAIN Dau F S W 4 PA Fa: PA Mo: PA
Mary C. CHAMBERLAIN Dau F S W 2 OH Fa: PA Mo: PA
Ida S. CHAMBERLAIN Dau F S W 7M OH Fa: PA Mo: PA
Of course your Harry E. was born later, but I only see one CHAMBERLAIN family in Williams County, so I wouldn't be too surprised to find out he was another son of Wyatt.
Wyatt comes up in the Ohio Death Certificate Index, posted by the Ohio Historical Society at the following address:
http://www.ohiohistory.org/dindex/http://www.ohiohistory.org/dindex/
CHAMBERLIN WYATT L
County Name: WILLIAMS Date of Death: 1/6/1934
Volume Number: 7419 Certificate Number: 6515
This index covers the years 1913 - 1937, and is searchable.Be careful in your searches -- the database was scanned into text with an OCR program and does contain some errors. In addition to that, the names were truncated (limited to a certain maximum number of characters). For further information see the DEATH INDEX FAQ link on the above page.
A good way to search is to use as few characters as practical in the surname, which returns all surnames containing (starting with) those characters. In this case I searched for CHAM in Williams County and found Wyatt.Notice you posted the surname as CHAMBERLAIN, and a search for CHAMBERLAIN doesn't find him.
Information is provided for ordering a copy of the actual document. They also offer death certificates for other years not covered in the posted time period.
If you're not familiar with them, Ohio Death Certificates starting Dec. 20, 1908, list date and place of birth, parents names including mothers maiden, parents places of birth, cause of death, etc.Be careful with the information -- often times the informant didn't know some of the details and either left spaces blank, marked them "Unknown," or worse yet, gave wrong information.Birth dates found on Death Certificates seem to be especially prone to error -- especially the year of birth.Apparently a lot of informants knew the person's birthday, but didn't know how old the person really was.Sometimes it almost makes me think people lied about their ages!
Your Harry died in Allen County, December 04, 1959, but was listed as a resident of Williams County at the time.Death Certificate Number: 82405, Volume Number: 15970
See my post dated 12/22/01 for a couple of good sources for Williams County information.
