My name is Neal Bryson. My father, grand father, great grand father, and gg grand father are named bryson. I have been looking at my family tree on my fathers side, but After talking with my granny I was told that my GGG grand father was named brysland. WHen he came over from Ireland he changed his name to bryson. supposedly because at that time irish couldn't find jobs that easily. His nickname was "flame" because his hair was so red. Any info you could provide would be very helpful.
Thanks,
Neal
