Van Vleet

I know this is a ridiculous request. I am searching for a death record for a woman whose name I donít know. Her husband was Benjamin Van Vleet. She was alive when the 1840 census was taken in Lafayette, Medina Co., OH. She was between the ages of 40 & 50. Her husband remarries in Wayne Co on May 19, 1842. Her husbandís parents were Benjamin and Hannah Van Vleet who are buried in Crush Cemetery in Lafayette. I donít know her first name and the last name of Van Vleet seems to get misspelled incorrectly more than it does correctly. In the 1840 Census it is spelled Vanvllet. In the 1850 Census it is spelled Vleet. When Benjamin remarries his name is shown as Van Rute. So does anyone have any suggestions how I can find the death of a woman with Van or Vleet in her name who died in either Medina or Wayne Co., OH between 1840 and May of 1842?
I know Ė I admitted it was ridiculous.
Iíd love any suggestions from anyone.
