I assume Thomas Meek is related to Robert. Maybe a possible brother. In Maple Grove Cemetery in Chippewa Twp. - Robert Meek - died Sept. 11, 1852 & Thomas Meek - died July 19, 1816 at age 37
I located the burial in Maple Grove Cemetery for Darcus Meek husband Hugh T. Hull - died April 12, 1856 - age 57. Darcus was a daughter of Robert Meek. She married Hugh Hull on July 19, 1853. She was approx 40 years old. I doubt they had any children together.
There is a marriage record for a Phebe Meek to Thomas Laskin/Gaskin on June 23, 1853. This could be Robert Meek daughter or possible his wife.
Here are a few probate court index records I located. It could be possible thru these records I could connect my Samuel Meek to Robert Meek. Getting the information from them is what I need to try connect the family.

Living next door to Robert Meek is Wm Searight in 1850 Wayne Co. Census in Chippewa Twp. His wife name is Elizabeth. Notice the children names. I believe this is Elizabeth Meek, a daughter of Robert Meek. Her daughters have the same names as her sisters.

Dorcas V - born 1834
Pheby J – born 1837
G.W. – born 1839
Matty A – born 1843
Zeller B – born 1845
Clay C – born 1847
I am hoping the more facts I can gather on Robert Meek family will lead me to make the connection that Samuel Meek is his father.
