My great grandmother,was Caroline Schafer b.1861, the daughter of Jacob and Elisabeth (HEINZ) SCHAFER of Fearing Twp. She married Benjamin F. STEPHENS b.1860 around 1885. I've been trying for some time to obtain their exact marriage date. The SCHAFER family attended Berg Church near Stanleyville. Does this sound familar to anyone?
I haven't had any success with any of the usual gen. sites....Thanks!
