Thank you Steve for confirming what I have not been able to locate. I guess I was fortunate to find a book "Washington County, Ohio Marriages 1789-1840" that did list marriage of William Winchell and Susan Byrum. I am relatively new to US genealogy, and find it most unenjoyable.
