Eva J. Anable in Lebanon Village in 1930

I had a relative who, in 1930, was in the census for Lebanon Village, Turtlecreek Twp in Warren Cty, OH. Her name was Eva J. Anable and the census says she was an inmate in Wollie Harmore?? I am sure it was not that name - does anyone know what kind of hospital or institution was located in Lebanon Village in 1930. She was a widow and I don't know if she and her husband lived in Warren County prior to his death or not.
