Kay,

First I was looking for a "Hattie" and found your message but the one you have isn't mine.

Then I see your list of names and messages and thought I might see if you know anything about my line Williamson.

Brooks, Hopkins, Wilson, Cole, Decker are all supposed to be linked to me somehow, sorry all I have are the surnames Mom gave me.

Supposedly according to Latter Day Saints, the husband of my Hattie Williamson came from Warren Co., Ohio. I had Shelby Co., Ohio. I know my Aunt was born in Shelby, but my family seems it spread all over the place.

I'm looking in the same time period as you he was born 1845. I don't know a thing about her.

I saw one of you had the name Hulse, part of my ancestors married House and Woods from the Dorsey line. I wondered is Hulse could have been House at one time or visa versa?

Shultz is the surname of the couple that adopted my cousin at birth. I knew her until she was about 6? Anyway, I finally found her and her real and extended family this year. I feel Shultz was a connection to us too, but am not sure Mom told me the name or if it is I heard it for my cousin. You see, Mom wouldn't tell me the surname of the family that adopted her. I knew them, but only by first name. They are now deceased and lived in Marion, Ohio during the time I knew them.

Just trying to find more family to tell to my cousin. {:>)

She doesn't know anything about us, and she, of course, remembers my siblings, but not me. Figures, and I have been the one searching for eons!

I know none of that is much good, but if it triggers a bell, please let me know.
