Thank you for your information. I have also looked for any record of the death of Jospeh Stephenson and found nothing. His daughter, Nancy Jane died in Middletown, Butler Co., Ohio. Since Joseph was living with her in Clinton Co. I have wondered if he didn't move with her and her family to Butler Co. I have not found any record of this. I need to spend more time searching in Butler Co. Also, I have searched for an obituary for Mary Ann Bankson Stephenson who died in Clinto Co. 26 Jul 1850. She was buried in the Vernon Baptist Cemetery. So far, nothing. Would you happen to have any contact with descendents of any of the other children of Joseph and Mary Ann? I appreciate your help so much.
