William Nichols and Mary Foley

I am looking for any information on William Nichols and his wife Mary Foley. I believe William was born 1843, but I'm not sure. I have no information on Mary, other than she was listed on her daughter's marriage record (Elizabeth Nichols married Thomas Ellis). Thomas Ellis was living in Jackson township in 1900. Two households away, Lizzie Nichols, age 14, was a domestic servant for Edward Philipe. There is a William Nichols, a widower, living with his son and daughter in law in neighboring Swan Township. I have reason to believe that William was born and raised in Vinton County and both he and Mary are buried there. The William living in Swan Township with his son, died in Hocking County but was buried in Wesley Cemetery in Vinton County. This information was listed on his death certificate. I haven't been able to confirm that this is the same William Nichols that is listed on Elizabeth's marriage record. Any help would be appreciated.

Las Vegas
