George Turner 1810 Vinton County, Ohio

I am looking for a connecton between George Turner and the other Turners in what was then Knox County, Kentucky. George, William, Berry, John and John Sr. are listed on the tax records between 1800-1810. They are all listed on the 1810 census. George Turner was my gggggrandfather, and was born around 1770. He married Polly Johnson. He moved to Ohio before 1820. I have seen family trees with the other Turners connected as brothers but I have never been able to find mention of George. If anyone has any information about George's family, I'd greatly appreciate hearing from you. Thanks.
James Turner
