Mary,
All the marriages that I had listed were from the courthouse. These were records that had been copied & published by Vinton County Chapter, OGS. The info on Marion (Martin?) & Elizabeth Kinsel came from "Some Tombstone Inscriptions of Vinton County, Ohio: Eagle, Jackson, and Richland Townships, Vol 2" published 1986 by the Alexander Local Gen. & Hist. Soc. It does says Marion, not Martin,
but the person who copied the stone back then may have misread it. The directions for the Cassill Cemetery say Section 36, Richland Twp, north of SR 683 on CR 25 to an iron bridge, walk 1/2 mile east. The road is impassable the vehicles. The cemetery has 2 sections with 8 rows in all and 25 sections in each row. All the rest of the info you related is prior to Vinton County's
formation in 1850, so cannot help on it. Sharon
