Following is the only Samuel Clark in the cemetery books for Van Wert County, OHio

1. Samuel Clark died Aug. 10, 1910 according to his death record, which you should be able to see by clicking on the following e-mail address:

He is the 6th Samuel Clark listed - died Ridge Twp, Van Wert County, 1910. Just click on the tiny box next to his name.
2. Even though Ohio was recording deaths in 1895, I found no death record for Sarah.
3. Samuel was a widower when he died. He died in the County Infirmary, and the director of the infirmary filled out his death record, so there is not much on the death certificate that will help you. Age is about 92, born about 1818, no parents, no place of birth.
