Joseph Powell/Anna Collins in Van Wert

The 1880 Van Wert Co.census lists Joseph Powell,age 40, son of Mary Powell, age 63, and Joseph's wife Annie age, 24. I believe Annie was Anna Collins the daughter of Daniel Collins and wife Sarah. I need any information on this family. The thing I really, really need is information on Annie's mother, Sarah Stinchcomb Wittig Collins Shafer. Sarah was my gg-grandmother and I'm trying to find out about her marriages to Collins and Shafer. Anna Collins Powell's descendents may be able help. Joseph and Anna had two daughters that I know of, Sylvia b, abt. 1884 and Orlena, b. abt. 1893.
Can anyone help with this?
