I have a theory that Jacob MINX of Willshire Twp. was the same as the Jacob who was the son of Michael MINKS of Wayne Co., Ohio. When Michael died in his early forties, he left his wife Susan with a large family. I have tracked some of the children to Wayne and Wood counties, but Jacob seems to have disappeared, UNLESS he is tha same as the Jacob MINX in Van Wert county. Would be happy to share data on this idea with anyone.
