There is very little on the Churchill family in Union Co. There were 2 Levi and 1 or 2 David Churchill's living in Marysville around 1830/1840. I found on the LDS site: George Washington Churchill born 4 July 1839, father Philander Churchill, mother Dorothy Ferebout Churchill. Philander and his family left Union Co OH and was in Wabash Indiana in 1850. I found on the site that Philander was a son of one Levi(I think the second was a son and a brother to Philander) and was born in Mass abt 1800, Dorothy was born in New York abt 1810. I found George Washington Churchill on census records for Nebraska, where he died there 17 Apr 1918. As for marriage info for George and Lovina Elizabeth Kyser there were not married in Union Co OH.
Sorry and hope this helps some.
