Parks, Mary -- need maiden name approx. 1864

I am looking for the maiden name of Mary Parks.

She was living in Jefferson Twp, Tuscarawas County, Ohio in 1880.

Born in 1840, Father from Pennsylvania, Mother from Ohio.

Married to John M. Parks, Physician and Civil War Veteran. I am uncertain of his unit--more info on this would be appreciated. John M.'s parents were from Ireland. John and Mary married around 1864, after the war.

Children:
Mary (16yrs in 1880),Alice,Sarah, and Flora (my great-grandmother)
