Benjamin Ross 1828-1881
Posted by: Cynthia Toth (ID *****9126) Date: May 15, 2003 at 08:52:50

While noodling about the Port Washington cemetary , I located the markers for Benjamin Ross (1828-1881), Clarissa Ross (1841-1899) and Wilbert P Ross (1868-1891). Does anyone have any info on any of there three... I checked the 1860 Cencus and found Benjamin in Salem, but no listing of childrens names. Perhaps that began in the 1880's. Any help would be appredciatd.
My grandmother, Mary Ross Thomas (1878-1919) may have been a
grand-daughter.. Thanks for any info . Cynthia
