According to the death certificate of Wm. J. Evans (listed as a son on the 1910 census of Weathersfield):

William J. Evans was born Aug 21,1892 and he died Oct 26,1913. His parents are listed as Reese Evans and Sarah Williams. Undertaker was King Brothers of Girard, OH Trumbull Co.
The death certificate from Trumbull Co was file #60944

As you likely are aware Reese Evans was listed as widowed at the time of the 1910 census.
In the 1920 census the listing of children states that some of the younger ones had the last name Stark. (another puzzle for you?)
Perhaps there are records in Trumbull Co courthouse re: Sarah Williams Evans who evidentally died rather young--like mid 40's? Did she die in childbirth? Was there an epidemic between Aug 1892 and 1900?
Hope this helped. At least you now know Sarah's maiden name.
