Hi. I hope you will get this as it's been awhile since you posted it. I live in Trumbull County, OH and as a daughter-in-law of a WWII vet and a vet myself I would be honored to assist you in getting the information you want.
I have a friend that might assist you also in looking up any obits for him.
I'll check with my father-in-law who serves on the Veteran Service Commission here in Trumbull County and has been very active with the Disabled American Veterans, here and on a national level.
Give me a couple of weeks.
