Hello Carol, I have been looking for my GGGrandmother for several years to no avail. I have recently come accross some info that suggests she may be buried in one of three Warren cemeteries; Oakwood Cemetery, Champion Center Cemetery or Meadow Brook Memorial Park. She is Mary Jane Miner Alderman, b. 1836 in Warren, OH, d. 2/16/1871 in Stueben Co., Indiana. Her father and mother are shown in the 1870 census as still living in Champion, Trumbull Co., Ohio. They are Joseph and Elizabeth Forney Miner. Also missing, is Mary Jane Miner-Alderman's son's burial location. He is Franklin Alderman, b. 11/10/1864 in Warren, OH and d. 5/18/1898 in an unknown place. Franklin was engaged to marry my great grandmother when he stepped on a rusty nail and died, leaving her unmarried and pregnant. His gallant brother, William Alderman married my great grandmother and had two children in addition to the "love child". I would love to find Franklin and his mother's burial locations. Can you help?
