Kathy,

Did you ever send for a death certificate
from Trumbull County, OHIO? The cost is
25 cents for a non-certified copy which
is the same as a certified copy just
cheaper. You must know the the persons name,
date of death, and if you know the town
in which the person passed away. If you
need the address for the Health Department
in Trumbull County let me know. JAY WADE
