Thank you very much for the offer of help.
Some additional data that I have accumulated about Oakwood Cemetery is that their phone number is 1-330-393-7281. I also learned that the cemetery opened 1848-1849 and is missing their record books dated 1849-1887. These books left the office for some reason and never returned...the office personnel have no idea where they are.
I have received beautiful pictures of the headstones. Also, I have a wonderful diagram/map of the cemetery where Cyrus Bosworth is buried...with a mark placed exactly where he is buried.
I cannot tell you how much I have appreciated all the help I have received from people. I was born in California and still am living. Not being a traveller...their help have been immensely appreciated.
If you or anyone you know (or anyone out there who is reading this email) have any ancestors from central California that you or they are searching for....please let me know....I have quite a few books pertaining to those who lived in central California in the 1800s or so and will be happy to look up any names. There are many wonderful biographies in some of them ...deaths, marriages, cemetery listings, etc.
Pamela....I wish you good huntings at Oakwood Cemetery! Again, thank you for your generous offer.
